I am opposed to NAC and believe this will only hurt Americans with private property. The general population will also be hindered when they try to use this leased land. This land needs to stay owned by state and federal government not foreign entities. This will preserve land access by future generations that may not own land. This action by NAC will only hurt vulnerable populations.
