I am opposed to the privatization of public lands and request that you represent my opposition to SR-NYSE-2023-09. Our public lands were entrusted to the Federal Government to protect public interests. This bill will enable private, and potentially foreign adversaries, to acquire public lands that were entrusted to the Federal Government on behalf of US Citizens. Please protect the rights of US citizens and oppose the enactment of this bill.
