I am writing to voice my opposition to the rule change being considered by the SEC in order to authorize the listing of NACs on the NYSE. I would like to see a more complete public discussion of the implications of these companies controlling and profiting from federally owned lands. This rule adoption would produce fundamental changes regarding who manages and controls the use of public lands and requires a much broader debate on the proposal before it is adopted.
