I am a very concerned citizen of the United States, and absolutely do not give my consent under any circumstances to this proposed rule change. This is just a proxy for the global organizations, central bankers and the especially dangerous Chinese Communist Party to take control of our assets. That is their goal. I implore you to reject this. Otherwise, you are helping the elites build a world where your kids and grandkids will be nothing but literal slaves in their authoritarian regime. Do not think if you go along that somehow you'll be protected. You will not be. Any history book will tell you that. Thank you.
