I find it ironic that the impetus for formation of Natural Asset Companies is none other than a Rockefeller nonprofit. A name synonymous with monopolistic and predatory business practices from days long ago. I realize that Rockefeller organizations have done good things too, this is not one of them. The SEC should categorically reject the formation of NAC’s. It is an invitation for fascism at its worst.
