I’m totally opposed to this proposal. SEC must reject this proposal. This is a huge threat to those of us that live adjacent to public lands and who have our ranches in Conservation Easements. Only the landowner of record should be able to determine the use of their land. Foreign governments and wealthy investors have no right to dictate the use of public land and/or land in conservation easements. Stop treading on private land owner rights.
