In reference to SR-NYSE-2023-09 Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies This rule change is outside the authority of the SEC. It is an effort to circumvent Congress where it would never pass. It is illegal. Do not allow Natural Asset Companies! They are an effort to lock up our national resources toward the end of engineered scarcity.
