Jan. 13, 2024 As a farmer and rancher in central Kansas, I am writing to you to STRONGLY oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. The Natural Asset Companies would devastate private property ownership in the United States. This would also negatively affect the economy of rural America, as well as allowing foreign investment that could negatively impact agriculture.
