I am writing as a concerned citizen regarding the proposed rule change to amend the NYSE listed company manual to adopt listing standards for natural asset companies. I STRONGLY oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. I do not believe this is in the best interest of our public lands and natural resources. It is deeply concerning to me to put the fate of our public lands and natural resources in hands of private investors. This is a public good and should not be controlled/managed by the wealthy elite.
