Good afternoon. I am writing as a concerned US citizen to oppose the NYSE proposal to adopt listing standards for NACs. I do not believe that the NYSE and their attempt to monetize the purchasing of US natural public land in the name of conservation is at all in the best interest to US citizens, the country, or the conservation of our natural land in general. The proposal seems to be a way for the money hungry NYSE to buy up public land and limit its use in a less regulated way with loopholes that the government cannot control, and will limit the usage of this land, hurting rural communities, taking power from US citizens, and potentially damaging the conservation of US public lands in favor of money oriented endeavors. I do not believe this proposal is a positive change. Thank you, Kyle
