I am opposed to the proposed ruling to transfer the management of "Our" public lands and those in conservation easements to a publicly traded corporation. A review of the numerous comments to date has succinctly voiced my concerns. The most damaging is the ability of a foreign country to control our energy development and food production. I have always been taught that the safety of a country is dependent upon its ability to produce its energy and grow its own food supply. This ruling goes in just the opposite direction when trying to safeguard this country. In reading about the proposed NAC's I came across a statement which stated the development and implementation of these companies is more important than food production. This statement alone shows the arrogance and stupidity associated with the implementation of said ruling!
