Please reject this proposal on the grounds that national lands and national natural resources are properly managed by Congress. These treasures and ecosystems are already removed from the citizens in closest proximity (state residents) on the premise of their national importance. They can only be managed by the elected representatives where an ongoing debate can be had about their uses and access. They cannot be managed by investors of organizations that represent a tiny fraction of the population.
