As a citizen of this great constitutional republic, I find myself very appalled by this "ACT " and very strongly urge this be voted against and discarded. I feel this is a deliberate and well disguised attempt to strip away our very limited rights that we have as land owners already. And investment groups should have no involvement unless we the people and land owners bring the in to be involved. The fact this ACT is being discussed makes me disgusted. This is WE THE PEOPLES LAND ASSETS ON THE LAND,NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS
