This is clearly antithetical to our founding principles. The process being followed to create these entities that will wield control over national land is also highly circumspect. This request, and any related efforts needs to be rejected by the SEC. Additionally, the SEC is well advised to make loud public pronouncement with it's rejection to help amend it's already tarnished reputation and legacy.
