I am absolutely against corporations and the NYSE getting involved in public land use and protection. While government does not have a great track record for protecting the land, corporations have an even worse record. Further, this proposed rule seems to be an end run around congress and the constitution, and I am always against any plan that attempts that. We were a nation of laws, and this proposal shows further disregard for that ideal.
