Dear SEC, This rule change has far reaching effects that should never be allowed to be made. The current use of Publc Land cannot be perverted by this business venture that hurts: Farmers, ranchers, hikers, and campers. I love our freedom and liberty to roam and to hunt that is not found in any other Country on this earth Do not take this freedom away from the American people like me.
