As a resident of Utah, a state with large amount of Federal lands, I am against this proposal. Far too much of Utah, and most western states, are under federal control. This plan would strip more of our land away from its citizens. Congress must step up and do their jobs, this plan strips away Congresses ability to manage federal lands and hands it over to private companies, this is unconstitutional.
