Senators, I am writing to you to STRONGLY oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. The Natural Asset Companies would devastate private property ownership in the United States. This land we share in our soveirgn nation is for its citizens, who fund via taxes and donations to preserve its beauty for recreation and enjoyment of citizens, not government or corporations. Our natural public lands are not for sale. There is no crisis that would warrant the surrender of these public places. There is no dollar value that can be placed, nor material gain that would derive from the sell of our citizens God given right to the pursuit of happiness these lands provide its national citizens.
