I am a firm believer in thoughtful resource stewardship but I am deeply opposed to the monetization and lock up of America's natural resource under this plan. This is yet another example of a woke, treasonous takeover and federal overreach for the benefit of the few who control the NAC companies, previously known as marxist, now known as equitable. We don't need a Blackrock for natural resources. I urge you to reject this plan.
