I oppose creation of Natural Asset Companies which is a fraudulent scheme to tie up both Private property and Publicly owned properties from their highest and best use in production of essential natural resources. The SEC does not have proper authority to establish such a rule and even it does it is a boneheaded idea with no public value. It is against the concepts of our free society and only enriches the ultra wealthy at the expense of working people. Reject this rule.
