I am disappointed to see a proposal like this. The US needs to protect national parks and public land, and allowing private interests (in the false name of ESG) to control any of these assets would lead to a misalignment of incentives between US Citizens and the new owners. Please do not let a measure like this pass, it will hurt our society and country, and likely further contribute to growing wealth inequality.
