This move seems in appropriate without significant public debate. This seems derived from an executive order, thus bipassing proper legislative process. US Government lands should not be allowed to be controlled by private institutions, they should be returned to the states they were taken from for the states to administer properly. Another option is to return the land to native american's whom the US government stole the land from in the first place.
