I wish to express my strong opposition to any action the Securities Exchange Commission might take to approve the creation of Natural Asset Companies. Foreign individuals and possibly foreign governments would have unrestricted "rights" on public lands and private lands, which I oppose. I do not believe public lands(or any rights thereto ) should be owned by anyone other than the "People", nor should they be managed by any entity other than federal, state, or local governments. Rights to Natural Processes should not be monetized nor even exist. Finally, no private entity(nor government) should have control over Human Flourishing.
