This comment is in regards to the SEC’ s disastrous rules change proposal to allow for the listing of Natural Asset Companies on the NYSE. I emphatically oppose this rule change and do not appreciate that the rules change has been rammed through with little notice to the public without so much as a press release. This rule is yet another way to promote the Biden’s Administration’s radical ESG agenda. This would be disastrous for Wyoming’s core industries and disastrous for our national security interests as well. I strongly oppose the proposed rules.
