The monetization and leverage of land and water, potentially eliminating all property rights in the future, is unconstitutional and evil. Allowing foreign investors and others to own shards in these NACs is not only wrong it is illegal. This is extreme overreach and the fact that this is even a possibility is disgusting. This has to be shut down. Please listen to the American people and shut this down!
