I would like to go on record as being opposed to the proposed rule change to amend the NYSE listed companies manual to adopt listing standards for Natural Asset Companies. This amendment would be detrimental to the rural way of life and thus put a great burden on the food producing activities of the American Farmer. It also would put our liberty of choice in jeopardy by allowing a conglomerate to dictate the use of our lands. I assure you that we, as American Farmers would be greater caretakers of our lands and environments than a dictatorial entity.
