To whom it may concern, As a U.S. citizen I do not believe that foreign entities, possibly enemies of our country should be allowed to invest in or potentially manage our environmental, agricultural, mineral, or water resources. Allowing such investment takes away our sovereignty as a nation and as a people to maintain, manage, and use our resources as deemed by the American people.
