Allowing entities to create new a method for accounting is yet another way to gain control over the Private American landowners, including Public Lands. It is absurd. Public-Private Partnerships are NOT American principles, and we cannot allow them to establish legal footholds here in the United States. Especially now that Foreign Actors are gobbling up more and more land in the US. Please do not allow NACs access to our Capital Markets and decline this measure. Thank you.
