Concerning SR-NYSE-2023-09 I oppose the establishment or creation of any SEC framework or rule change that would allow private industry, institutions,persons or any potentially hostile party to invest in Natural Asset Companies. To sell off the managment of our natural resources to potentially adversarial influnces weakens our nation and opens the door to terrorism via restrictive control of critical assets in an emergency situation.
