I request that you close this rule proposal, File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09 without taking any action. This is a direct attack on the US economy and the world economy by controlling regulation on public and private land based on unproven environmental theory and/or hostile foreign intent. This is globalism at it's absolute worst.
