SEC, do not sell out the people of the United States by creating NAC's. The SEC does not have the constitutional authority to do this. This is s drastic overstep on the part of a governmental agency that technically is given no constitutional authority. You were created to aid the government and oversee the stock market. You're main purpose is to prevent a stock market crash and to ensure the legitimacy of the stock exchange. You do not to rule the people and how they make a living. You can't control the resources they rely on. Do not sell us out.
