In the US, supposedly, we have 3 branches of federal government: executive, legislative and judicial. However, regulatory agencies are now our 4th branch, and this new proposed rule adds one more. We have enough regulations and regulatory agencies. We do NOT need another one! I hope everyone responds and says NO to this rule!
