I OPPOSE the creation of Natural Asset Companies. I see this move as an attempt to force a 'green agenda' on Americans. It is a severe BETRAYAL of American citizen's Constitutional rights and of the public trust in government which is at an all-time low. I see the 'green agenda' as anti-human. I do not want our country’s public lands, waters and even air sold to private interests obliged to end the productive use of natural resources. I also reject the imposition of unconstitutional restrictions via such means on individual Americans’ property rights and other freedoms. The fact that those private interests may include hostile foreign powers like the Chinese Communist Party, Russia and Iran is absurd. Reminds me of Hillary Clinton's selling to Russian interests our uranium assets. I urge the Commission to reject Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09.
