I am totally against the attempt to establish a new accounting method proposed to justify this investment scheme. I am also against the attempt to monetize NATURE. This is a very bad idea which has the potential to have some very dangerous consequences for the security and economic viability for the United States. There is a reason why 20+ State Treasurers are in opposition. Because he impact on the American people can be dramatic, this decision to offer such a financial package needs to require approval of our legislators and needs to have a lot more time for comment.
