I'm not in favor of NACs, this puts another entity which is not a real company and may have outside agendas into the playground which is our SEC, where the wealthy and government gain more control and make more money, where influence and favors are bought and sold, and real good is not done. The stock exchange should be reserved for real companies, that produce real goods and services. I believe there's far to may unintended consequences to what a few think is a "good idea" with NACs so they can control resources by using their wealth to deny for beneficial use of our resources.
