Creating an investment out of land that other people own sounds like the SEC is setting up the biggest ponzi scheme in history. The land being discussed here belongs to private individuals, or the people of the US for the federal lands. We understand how to environmentally manage land. It's not difficult. We don't need any third parties investing in this ethereal product. Who will value it and how? Again - this sounds like a bigger scam than Sam Bankman Fried - sorry but this needs to stop before investors are scammed. Thank you
