Do not allow this rule change. If our natural resources are commodotized to eliminate private ownership we will all end up serfs to powerful special interests both foreign and domestic. Private Land ownership, one of our core freedoms and economic driver would decline to the detriment of all Americans. This is a threat to our sovereignty.
