I oppose the formation of NACs as they will reduce local control and use of public lands. This will be detrimental to western states where the federal government owns significant percentages of the land. Under NACs these lands will become controlled by elite or of state billionaires which will be sentimental to local ranchers, farmers, and other workers. Due to the potential consequences for local minority interests this is a matter that must be determined by legislative means rather than administrative orders. NACs should not be permitted unless approved by legislative means.
