I strongly opposed the proposed rule change which would enable the listing of natural asset companies (“NAC”) which would enable the de facto privatization of public lands to potential foreign governments/investors. The creation of NACs would by their very nature severally curtail economic activities on public lands, limit public access and use, and thereby hurt the livelihoods of many Wyoming citizens. Wyoming has a long history of responsible use, management, and stewardship of the vast public lands within its borders.
