I oppose SEC's proposed rule/authority to create and pursue Natural Asset Companies (NACs)! I oppose any rule that would allow any environmental activists and any foreign governments authorization to purchase "rights" to private and public lands across Wyoming --- including our national parks and other federal property! I oppose any rule &/or authorization preventing any mining, grazing, logging, or other economic development on those lands.
