Good afternoon, I'm writing today to make a comment on the proposed Natural Asset Company (NAC) establishment. I want to say that giving a private company purview or partial ownership of our country's natural resources are a big mistake. Not only is it unconstitutional to allow a private company to take over management of our federal land, it's a national security risk and a waste of money. There are numerous government departments that already oversee federal lands. This new legislation should NOT be passed.
