Comments attached I am very concerned about your proposed rule change to create an Asset class of Natural Asset Companies. As a sixth generation cattle rancher I have seen the change of policy negatively affect our grazing allotments and the National Forests. The lock it up and look at it attitude has created tremendous fuel loads in our forests and grasslands. If this rule change promotes preservation rather than conservation it will further destroy the open spaces.
