I strongly oppose the proposal to adopt listing standards for Natural Asset Companies and the sale of public lands to those companies. Public lands belong to the citizens of the United States of America and are appropriately managed by their representatives in Congress. For the SEC and NYSE to attempt to appropriate control over public lands is not in the public interest and, I believe, severe overreach by the SEC. This rule change should not be adopted.
