When there is a partnership between the federal government and NGO that is not good for the American tax payer. Second the federal parks and other federal lands do not belong to the Federal government, these lands belong to the American people. The federal government is the care taker. Third giving an NGO control to do as they see fit is not safe. This exercise is nothing more than an attempt to confiscate all of America and place it under the UN global control of all land on earth. The USA is a sovereign country not to be controlled by the UN. Is private property next and how do you think that will play out.
