Subject: File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09
From: Chance Vananda

I formally request the SEC to do there diligence as members of a government organization to fulfill there duties stated in your mission statement. Please maintain fair markets by not allowing Natural asset companies to be traded on the NYSE. This is a foot hold for the eventual distortion of markets by driving a certain "asset" to be unaffordable to the average investor through forced carbon foot print offset. These companies will be used as "carbon credits" turning something that will be pennies on the NYSE to a multi trillion dollar industry. This will make them unaffordable to the average investor therefore incurring fines for not offsetting there carbon footprint. You must make a positive impact on peoples lives by blocking the formation of these types of companies now and forever this will lead to an Orwellian society in which there will be no return without the destruction of the NYSE and the wealth of not only my generation but the last and possibly the next generation. As the SEC your job is to stop said destruction from ever happening. As a current government employee I took an oath if you have taken an oath abide by the oath and do what is right but also follow your mission statement. Please stop these Natural Asset Companies from being formed and traded on the NYSE ,and draft legislation to never allow there formation. Thank you.
