Jan, 10 2024 I am 100% opposed to the Securities Exchange Commission's (SEC) proposed rule to approve the creation of a new investment vehicle, the "Natural Asset Company (NAC)." (88 Fed. Reg. 68811 (Oct. 4, 2023) That this is even being considered is verification of corruption. This is an existential threat to national security and an overreach of federal power over constitutional states rights. Since the USA public lands belong to the people, I hereby deny the authorization of this propsed rule.
