The lands of the United States, public & private were meant to be enjoyed & used by the citizens of the United States in the pursuit of happiness. Allowing the lands to be gathered up by people, some not even U.S. citizens, to be locked away so only they or no one can use them goes against what The Founding Fathers wanted.
