Everything about the SEC's proposal to create Natural Asset Companies seems immoral, beginning with the attempt to fast-track the enactment of the proposal with little opportunity for the public or legislators to act. The proposal is based on pseudo- environmental science that was created to benefit a few wealthy elites rather than true science that actually benefits humanity. And it results in the loss of land by the rightful owners to ridiculous regulations and most likely eventually to hostile countries and entities.
