I am against a third party owing public lands and it's ability to dictate the use of such lands. I'm against any domestic, foreign or NGO investor who can dictate their will or agenda over American taxpayers with this type of investment product. Oversight of public lands belong to Congress, elected officials who have an allegiance to their constituents , not private entities who's agendas are not know to the general public or the means to dispute their agenda.
