The people of American are trying to keep foreign countries from having or controlling the land here. Why would the SEC approve anything like this? What the hell is wrong with you? No one should be controlling the land and or mineral rights in this country but the land owners. This is such a bad idea. But I guess the rich want to sell out everything. They are the ones that need to leave.
